SUMMARY:Marra Forni Brick Oven Cooking Solutions Intersection of Artisan and Technology (6 CEUs)
DESCRIPTION:SESSION OVERVIEW \nThis is a face-to-face day and a half program with attendees arriving into Baltimore/Washington International Airport the afternoon prior to the training session. Marra Forni will provide for non-cancellable airfare\, overnight accommodations (attendees are responsible for incidentals)\, and ground transportation. Flights will be booked by Marra Forni and tickets are non-refundable to secure best pricing. Attendees are responsible for reimbursement to Marra Forni in the event of cancellation. \nOn the date of arrival\, there will be a group tour of Marra Forni’s masonry manufacturing facility (located in Elkridge\, MD) and a group dining event. Training will continue on day 2 beginning at 8:00am\, and concluding at 4:00pm depending upon outgoing flight schedules. There will be a 60–90-minute learning lunch session (attendees will have hands on experience making traditional neapolitan pizza).
