Session 1 Refrigeration A2L. Hands on with systems. What are install problems from field?
Session 2 Getting started. Receiving, damage, floors, where to start, who to call, connections
Session 3 Installation. Cams – including how to fix, door sections, penetrations, square and plumb
Session 4 Advanced. Work-arounds, real world issues, mistakes, do’s/don’ts. Suggestions from field.

Day 1
• 3:00 Arrive/Welcome at factory. Session 1. 90 minutes.
• 5:30 Hotel check in
• 6:00 Casual dinner nearby
• 8:00 Return to hotel

Day 2
• 7:15 Arrive at factory
• 7:30 Factory tour, stopping at shipping for topic 2.
• 8:30 Session 2.
• 9:45 Break
• 10:00 Session 3.
• 11:30 Break
• 11:45 Working lunch with Session 4.
• 2:00 Q/A, wrap up, depart for return flights
