BIENNIAL CONFERENCE 2026 – PHX26
WE HAD A BLAST IN PHOENIX!
The 2026 FCSI Conference brought more than 370 attendees together for three energizing days at the beautiful Wigwam Resort in Phoenix, delivering on its promise of sunshine, connection, and inspiration. Set against a backdrop of warm desert landscapes, the event created the perfect environment for attendees to recharge, learn, and celebrate alongside colleagues and friends.
The educational program featured a standout lineup of speakers. Opening keynote, Dan Chuparkoff offered practical insights into leveraging AI to transform the way teams work. Kevin Boehm shared his unique experiences and inspiring story and brought a powerful perspective on leadership in hospitality. Beyond the education sessions, networking remained at the heart of the experience. Whether reconnecting with longtime colleagues or forming new relationships, attendees found countless opportunities to engage in meaningful conversations and strengthen their professional community.
Evenings were equally memorable, blending the relaxed resort setting with vibrant social experiences. The conference kicked off Thursday night with an opening party on the lawn, followed by dueling pianos that kept the energy high. Friday featured an amazing BBQ on the front lawn and the unique experience of a singer-songwriter showcase featuring three talented grammy award winning songwriters. On Saturday, the celebration wrapped up at Chicken N Pickle where attendees competed against each other in bags, bocce, and pickleball – alongside a DJ, great food, and drinks, giving attendees a fun and festive sendoff.
From poolside gatherings to sunset conversations, the 2026 conference delivered a balance of education, entertainment, and connection that attendees will be talking about all year.

CARNIVAL 2025 – FCSI THE AMERICAS SYMPOSIUM SPECTACULAR
STEP RIGHT UP!
Nearly 350 attendees joined us in Atlanta for a one-of-a-kind event featuring the fun and games of the midway and a full day of exhilarating education.
Monday night’s opening party carnival featured a dunk tank where attendees purchased chances to dunk their Industry friends and FCSI VIPs. This attraction raised over $1100 for the FCSI Educational Foundation.

BIENNIAL CONFERENCE 2024 – CAMP FCSI
CAMP FCSI in Austin, Texas, delivered a memorable three days of education, networking, celebration and Texas-sized fun. Held April 11–13 at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort, the long-awaited conference brought together 335 attendees with Consultant and Allied members nearly evenly represented. The event fostered valuable connections between consultants, manufacturers and industry partners. The conference opened with an unforgettable outdoor celebration featuring Austin-inspired cuisine, food trucks and a festive “Camp FCSI” atmosphere. The evening culminated with 150 drones lighting up the night sky with greetings, moving images and the FCSI logo. The spectacular display perfectly captured the spirit of the conference: bigger, better, smarter and seriously fun. Over the following two days, attendees participated in a robust educational program covering a wide range of timely topics. We wrapped things up in downtown Austin, where The Spazmatics provided the soundtrack for an energetic closing party. From the opening drone spectacular to the final dance floor, the conference delivered an experience that embodied the energy, creativity and camaraderie of FCSI.

LATIN AMERICA SUMMIT 2023
The first Latin America conference was a huge success!
Over 80 attendees joined together in the heart of Panama City, Panama for two full days of education and evening events that gave our guests a glimpse of Panamanian style and culture. Live, real-time translation was available for all sessions in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. The event was so successful, the planning team has already begun scouting locations for the 2025 Latin America Summit!

SYMPOSIUM 2023
It was great to be back together in Orlando!
We started off with a splash at SeaWorld where attendees enjoyed an evening in the Arctic and endless fun on the new ICE BREAKER roller coaster!
Demographer, Ken Gronbach kicked off the full day of education with his informative and thought provoking look at the future of the foodservice industry. Jason Wange from the Foodservice Powerplant Network, closed the event with his riveting take on developing wellness through positivity, authenticity and the power of story. And in the middle of all of that were nine dynamic breakout sessions to choose from with topics ranging from sustainability to unattended retail to Virtual Reality in design – definitely something for everyone!

MONTREAL CONFERENCE 2022
It was so great to be TOGETHER AGAIN! The conference in Montreal was our first in person event in over two years due to travel and event restrictions caused by COVID19. Attendees were treated to an authentic lumberjack meal at a working maple syrup farm, a fire and ice silent disco, and two full days of dynamic speakers and valuable education.

This event was cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines.
SYMPOSIUM 2019
The FCSI The Americas Symposium 2019 broke previous records for attendance, with more than 170 consultants and nearly 150 Allied members headed to the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
The event took place in the days prior to the NAFEM Show ’19, at the same location, the attendees were treated to a full day’s program, all centered around an ‘Accelerate’ racing theme of educational keynoters and breakout seminars, along with great networking opportunities and a whole heap of fun in between.

DENVER CONFERENCE 2018
Nearly 380 FCSI Members and industry professionals gathered in the Mile High City to share, support, and inspire… and laugh! We lightened the mood and pumped up the energy this year – we laughed and danced and laughed some more!

SYMPOSIUM 2017
FCSI The Americas kicked off the Symposium at Sea World on Tuesday, February 7, where attendees had access to a dedicated roller coaster and a pleasant event space to network and have fun with other attendees. The following day attendees enjoyed a full day of education and networking at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.
