The Power of MAS and Design Collaboration on Your Projects by Karen Malody, FFCSI of Culinary Options

Friday, September 11
2:00 pm Central Time

Karen Malody, FFCSI is an MAS consultant who has spoken extensively in The Americas about why consultants should understand the need for MAS and Design Collaboration on their projects. In so doing, clients can be sure that all elements of operational and financial planning are reviewed, discussed and approved by not only the client, but also the food service planning and design team. This will be a super important topic for all EPiC who wish to understand the complex world of planning coordination as a necessity, not just a wish list element of a project!
